Repeat prescriptions can be ordered most easily online using our SystmOnline system; please ask at reception for details of how to register for this system. Alternatively you can bring or send the right hand half of your prescription to the surgery. For safety reasons we cannot accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.
Please allow five whole working days between ordering and collecting repeat prescriptions. The doctor may not be available to sign your prescription, or we may not carry your medication as a stock item. Patients who live more than one mile from a chemist may have their prescriptions dispensed at their usual surgery.
When ordering prescriptions online please state the Surgery you wish to collect your prescription from i.e Masham or Kirkby Malzeard.
