The practice is required by the Government under the terms of the latest GP contract to allocate all patients a named accountable GP.
Your named GP will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides you. However these arrangements do not prevent you for seeing any GP or nurse in the practice, as you currently do, and does not mean personal availability for this GP throughout the working week.
If you wish to be told the name of your accountable GP, please ask at your next appointment. Please Note: There is no need to telephone the practice for this information.
New patients will be assigned a Named GP within 21 days of registration.
