Participation Service Reports
During 2023/2024 we sent out just short of 2,500 texts to patients inviting them to rate their most recent appointment at the surgery from very good to very poor.
We received just over 540 responses.
Our average monthly response rate is 22%.
Texts are sent out every week and responses collated on a monthly basis.
Over 4/5 of our patients rate the service received as very good and almost 96% rate it as very good or good.
